Thank you

Not quite sure how to go about this since it's rather personal for me. I'm such a private person that it's hard for me to open up no matter how long I might have known someone. Something that others might deem as not a big deal or not personal in anyway can be the same thing that I'll consider and reconsider before I decide to share with someone. And this is one of it.

It's not a special occasion or anything but when people said they're thinking of you and decided to buy something for you, even a simple stuff like this can be special in its own way. And it's not so much about what they're buying for me, but more of their repeated similar gestures that got me every time. While I'm writing this, I keep on deleting it thinking that it's too personal for me to write this down, but I think, for some people, for people who seems to effortlessly climbing the walls that you're building each time, they're worth it.

If ever one day I'm brave enough to wear my heart on my sleeve, I hope that they'll be one of the first people that I'll show my heart to.

Monday Blues

Morning! So it's Monday. Again. God, I feel like it's just yesterday I was resting peacefully at home, lying on the bed not caring about anything at all and now I'm back in my lab. Wait. That was indeed yesterday. Whatever. The thing is it takes lots of mentally reminding yourself it's gonna be Friday again soon to get up from the bed in the morning and went to the lab. Sigh. Why is Monday blues even a thing? Why does it even exist?

Monday is probably the day I'll be the laziest cuz I'm still pretty much in my weekends mood. Do you guys know there's really actually a Blue Monday day? Heck, I didn't even know it before until I came across it a few days ago. I was searching for new teen movies to watch and next thing I know I was on a Blue Monday page on wikipedia. So according to our reliable wikipedia (in my mind, it is reliable, 60% of what I learned in class makes sense when I read the wiki page for it so there, it is reliable) Blue Monday typically falls on the third Monday in January supposedly to be the most depressing day of the year. Haha, how does that sounds to you? I can't even believe we have the most depressing day of the year.

Seriously I'm not gonna write down here all the things about Blue Monday, geez as if I need more of it already. You can in all honesty read it on its wiki page here and embrace yourself in all that Blue Monday vibe if you're into it. By the way they also concluded the happiest days of the year apparently. So read it!

So I'm gonna leave now and resume my own Blue Monday while counting down to my dearest Friday. Till then, let's just pretend this day don't even exist, should we? So happy not Monday to you peeps!

Still Here..

Hey, so just a quick update. How are you guys doing? Hopefully you guys are doing good, awesome better because I'm great. Haha, okay so life is a little bit on the boring side for me. Nothing big happened or is happening. Like all I do everything is force myself to go to lab, doing my research works, wondering over what I'm having for my lunch and dinner, and then go home and that's it. Yeah. it's a routine. But I don't feel like it's a bad one. That's what is on my plate right now.

Anyhow, there's really nothing much to update really. Oh and by the way, my non-existent social life is doing just fine. Which means no connection whatsoever. Not like I'm not making any connection with anybody but nothing new about it. So yeah boring. Whatever. Now allow me to go back to obsessing over my Asian hottie, Justin Bieber and also 5SOS. I'll try to write a better entry next time, until then ciao.

The Feeling of Freedom

When do you feel you're free?
https://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/49x15q90/673/V5GXVw.jpgSo someone asked me this question today. And she's not asking about my schedule or because she wanted to ask me to go out with her or anything. But she was asking about the feeling of freedom. When do I feel that? And I can't quickly answer her. Though there's one thing in my mind as soon as I heard the question which is not the answer. But the fact that I don't think I've ever feel free.

But what is freedom or this free feeling she's talking about exactlyhttp://imagizer.imageshack.us/a/img537/3687/oHPllj.gif After thinking about it I gave her two answers. The first one when I climbed or go hiking, because higher places like hills make me feel free. Being on the top and seeing all those buildings, streets, people and simply the town you're living in down there, it makes me feel like for a moment, while I'm on top, I'm not part of it. Like, I'm escaping from it. It's like letting go of whatever that is holding me back and defining my life and all those stuff that makes me as me. And that feeling of escaping and letting go and not owning your life for as long as you're on top it feels like a freedom to me.

But right after giving my first answer of being on higher places and as I think about the question in a much serious note, I thought about another situation in which I do feel free too. That is being with your family. This should have come as my first thought I think but it doesn't help that it has been a while since I've spend time with my family and I almost forgot how it felt to be with them. I've been staying away from my family since I was 18 years old which makes it 5 years of not living with them by the end of 2014 and now I'm continuing in my 6th year. Being with people who don't judge you and whom you know will always be there for you no matter what happen and who will always take up all your shits and make up for all the things you screw up, I think that is freedom. And just like being on the hill, when I go back to my family even for just one or two days I have that feeling of letting go of my life for a while, lifting my burdens and just be a children to my parents.

And speaking of children, I think that is freedom too. You know those years when we don't exactly have all these negative thoughts and things that hold us back from doing anything we wanted to do. Like our biggest worry at those time was probably when we are rushing home right after school because we're afraid we couldn't make it to watch our favorite shows. And we don't even care that our favorite shows was Are You Afraid of The Dark? (what, it's a cool show okay http://imagizer.imageshack.us/a/img903/5176/nnRMN1.gif) instead of watching Pokemon or Blue Clues like other kids. Being able to do what you want without concerning how other feels about it is freedom too.

So what is free feeling? Obviously it is subjective. Or perspective I might say. The way we're living our lives will determine the answer. I still don't know if I gave a good answer to my friend and perhaps if she asked me again on another time my answer will be different. But whatever the answer you have to this question, just know that you should treasure anything or anyone that can give you that feeling. Because trust me it is all rare item. Limited edition. Have a nice day, everyone :)

It’s Finally The Last Month of The Year

Hello, hi everyone. I hope you guys are doing fine no matter in which corner of the world you are. And thanks for still being here with me through my irregular updates on this blog. Yeah, can't help it that I'm not a habitual writer >_k. But anyway so much has happened since the last time I made an update. Like I have actually graduated from my biotechnology degree program. Yippeee...so I can finally say goodbye to those years of studying ^0^~~  ...not. As a matter of fact I'm preparing for my master right now. I don't think I will be taking master this fast honestly, but yeah, things just turned out that way for me.

Things have been changing very little for other parts of my life though. Some relationships fell apart and new relationships fall together. And some relationship is still as ambiguous as it was before. Not gonna elaborate on that though. I'm the kind of person who like to let fate or the other person to take the lead on how the relationship progress, so yeah, I'm not gonna do anything about some standing still relationship. Let it be is the way to go.

But anyway between all those blurry lines and not knowing which one is my next stop, here I am, at the very last month of the year. So I was still a degree student by this time around last year, and now I'm an unofficial master student. Owh, I wish my offer letter will come faster.

So I'm not going to go into my ranting mood about how my past months have been and what I'm expecting for this December. But in all seriousness, December, please be nice to me. ()b

A cloud's silver lining

Misfortune had just hit me right on my face a few weeks ago. It is the worst thing that ever happened in my life. And just what is that? I got stolen. I lost my scholarship money for the entire semester and also my cellphone while I was entering the faculty computer lab and left my bag at the outside. I didn't even realize it until about two hours after that. And by that time, it was already too late. The culprit has withdrawn all my money from my ATM card.

After repeating it for about hundreds of time to different people while filing a report to both the police and the security of my university, I really don't feel like going through all the details once again here. So the gist is I got stolen big time and what even worse is that I saw the culprit through the security camera although it's rather blur and still there's nothing could be done to catch that scum (mind my term). All I can think until now is that, all the security cameras were useless if it can't even make out what's the skin color or the distinct features of one's face. Well, CSI officers, just where the hell are you right now?

As far as I'm aware, catching the culprit has the same possibility as catching a big foot right in the middle of the city. That's another way of saying impossible and let's just get over it and let's find something else to do instead. I can't even rely on the police. It's embarrassing to say, but for me the police in my country is not the most trustful and reliable person I can depend on. And with the attitude the police in charge of my case is showing, I had even more less faith that he's even doing anything to get the case solved.

Anyway I received a lot of helps and supports from my friends all the while I'm making the reports, renewing my card and clearing all other messes the culprit had made. If it weren't for them God knows if I can even manage everything on my own. I am really grateful to them although I can't really express it. I wish I can say more than thank you to them, but there's really nothing I can do for now. I realize then how true is the saying that what one can do to others is being there for them.

One of my friends gave me some money although I refuse to take it at first. I don't really feel good to receive it since what she has done by accompanying me the whole day is more than enough. I really should pay her back. And others have collected some fund for me which also I received it. To be honest I really don't want to receive the fund since it's from many people, but as I think about it, I can refuse a money from one person but how can I ask them to return the money back to all the students who have gave it? It seemed rude and I have no choice but to accept them.

Maybe some will wonder why I make such a big deal about receiving money and help from friends. But for me it is. The reason why I don't expect much from others and don't really attach myself to others is because I don't want to depend to them so much and also I don't want to treat them differently. I don't want to treat a friend a little nice because she's nice to me while giving another friend a cold shoulder because she's not helping me with anything. Friends with benefits? I don't think it even should be called as friendship. Friendship should be honest and pure. If not it's nothing but just a mere relation between two people.

I just hope I can stay true to myself and will continue to treat others the same. To the friends who have been helping me all this while I can only receive their helps and say thanks, but how I wish they know how grateful I feel towards them. I'm lucky to have them as my friends. And from now on, I'm just going to hold onto the hidden silver lining of this cloud in my life...:)

Another Written Memory

Okay, call me a procrastinator… and a big one at that. This happened like a month ago and yes, I’m only posting about it now. But no big deal, it’s just a typical hang out with friends yet it’s the first one for me. o_o No scratch that thought you’ve just had on your mind. No, it’s not the first time I went out with my friends. Don’t worry, I have a pretty normal life, alright. Just once in a while, my friends got crazy and hey, you can’t let your friends get crazy on their own. Yeah, right, once in a while, I guess.

So we went to eat the oh-so-famous char kuey teow near our university. The thing is it’s so near to our university and we practically passed it back and forth countless of times for the past three years and none of them had ever tried it before. I’m not in any better shoes either, I’ve only eat it once with another friend of mine and never come back to that place again.

Anyway we went there after our class and apparently the stall hadn’t opened yet. We decided to wait for a while considering that it would opened soon as in ten minutes or fifteen minutes the latest. Well, we did our math wrong and the stall didn’t open until about two hours later. I can’t help but wondering what we were up to and how much worth was the food for us to spend our precious hours waiting for it. But that’s where we had the fun. (^~^)

The worthy-2-hours-of-waiting
char kuey teow
It’s evening, right after our practical class and we were basically starving and there’s a bunch of other stalls in front of us which sells from fruits to hamburger and from snacks to meal for dinner. You can imagine how it was. Our stomach started to do the rock concert and all sorts of orchestra while we were waiting for the char kuey teow stall to open. We looked at people dresses as they passed by and talked about a bunch of other things before we finally sat at the table of the char kuey teow’s stall. Emm...(food critics mode) the char kuey teow didn't really disappoint us and it's worth trying and to come back for. And before I forget, to those who had never heard of char kuey teow before, let me google that for you. Lol, just kidding. It is a stir-fried flat rice noodles with special paste or sauce that has many ingredients variations, which may include prawns and other seafood. That's what make it delicious..^^

It’s just a typical day, a typical group of friends and a typical char kuey teow stall, but for me the memories we made while waiting for the food was one of a kind. I’m gonna miss this student life as soon as I graduated and I knew it.

To Sum It Up...

Hello... alright, I damn miss this blog honestly. Although there were several times I feel like hitting the keypad and shared what's going on with my life but I just couldn't do it. Not because of the limited free time I had but also due to stress that's pushing me way too down that I just couldn't pull my head together to write in this blog. A lot has happened since the last time I wrote, but first of all though it's far too late, happy 2013 to all of you out there. Should I go "yeay" or "yeah..." for this new year? I don't know, we'll have to see to it.

Anyway my first semester of the third year in university has about to end, it's examination week right now and I'm almost done with the exam too. I have one last paper on this Friday. And I started my first semester of third year by renting a house, so I practically live by myself now. Yes, no more staying in the college and joining all those college's activity unwillingly. I finally can claim my time in total for me, myself and I.

Living by your own is fun though, it really feels like now I'm actually living on my own, becoming responsible of the house, bills, garbage and much more. It puts my mind at ease knowing that after stressful time at classes I can go back to my house and have a total rest without any other thing or person to disturb me. I have all my time for myself and I'm free to do whatever I want with it.

But that doesn't mean life is all sweet and rosy, haha. Yes, more time for myself but as I started my third year, the subjects become tougher and the number of assignments increases too. I'm only taking five subjects for this semester with only 3 papers for examination, but really it feels like I'm taking 12 subjects altogether. Every day in the weeks with the exception of Friday I had my classes ended at about 5 to 6 in the evening. And since I'm taking Mandarin class too, it ended at 9pm on Monday. Since I'm taking a bus, it always stuck in jam and I'll reach home about 7 to 8pm. To add to that, thanks to my overly-excited Postharvest and Bioinformatic lecturer, he had us taking tests for every weeks and many times double tests at that.

I know I'm complaining right now, that's just my nature. Anyway that has all passed by and seriously, I wouldn't want to repeat any of the course he is teaching. He might be a good biotechnologist, but that doesn't made him a good or a lovable lecturer in any way. He won't happen to stumble upon my blog and read this right? Haha...I'm so dead meat if he know I'm talking about it. Whatever, but I think I'll past down some advice to my junior who'll join his class for the new semester.

So I rent a house and I also started on my research project which happens to be a lot tougher than I imagine, which I really not in the mood to talk about right now. I'll save that for later. And I did a short part time work at the beginning of the semester which I had to quit due to my surprisingly busy time table even in the weekends. But I get to go to the beach this year, which is perfect. We went at early morning, so nobody else was there and we could do whatever we like, it's like the beach and the ocean belong to us, haha. And I went to some popular shopping places too, thanks to my friends. And celebrate "someone's" birthday.

Lots of good things happened and I have several best days in 2012. So all in all, it wasn't so bad and it's pretty much a good memory to hold to. I should really stop now, it's freaking long, nobody going to read it. Haha. So that's it for now. All the best for all of us in 2013.

What They Say?

Yes, just like the given title..that's what exactly I'm going to talk about today. I just feel the need to write about this since it's happening continuously around me, no matter where I am. This has been happening to me all the time, as far back as I can remember. And I can't help but admit that it does affect me gradually, dragging me away from my initial pathway. Alright, just what's this thing I'm talking about or am I just spouting nonsense now? Well, it's about how certain (should I just say most?) people around me have been acting all the time.

The overwhelmed feeling of afraid to look stupid and embarrassed in public have really become a trend to people around me. Yeah, I know, everyone doesn't want to look stupid and being embarrassed in public, sure enough. But perhaps some of us have redefined these two terms? What does look stupid means? What does being embarrassed actually refers to? Does saying "I don't know" make you look  more stupid than saying "Yes, I've heard it before but I forgot about it" when you're unsure about something? Does entering a class already full of students make you feeling embarrassed even when the fact is other than your friends no one else really notice it?

These are the kind of thing that happens around me. Everyone is just too shy to do anything when people they don't really know are around them. I know, we all have our shyness when we are around people we are not use to. But shyness needs a limit. If we're too shy even to ask our own lecturer about whether there's a class on holiday, then I think that's a problem. If we're too shy to ask the salesgirl at the shop for the price, then I think it's troublesome. If we're too shy to go anywhere alone, and have to ask a friend to accompany us even to the nearest grocery store, then I think there's really an issue. It really drives me crazy when a group of people is pushing each other just to ask the lecturer a simple question, like they are about to get scold if they ask it.

Maybe it's just me, but I really can't stand people who are too shy to do anything even a normal thing in public. We need our shyness, our humbleness but if it's too much, it can be troublesome. Of course, whatever we do, people will talk just like some of us talk about others when we see someone doing things we don't usually do. That's how it is. But if we really want to care about all the talks and the stares, the drawbacks are on us. We certainly are not able to experience many things in life, due to our shyness.

The Little Part of Me Is Missing

So, in my previous post, I have talked about myself changing, doing things I've never done before. So here's another one I'm going to share with you. For me, it feels, like a positive little changes, but who am I to ensure that I'm changing for the better. But lately I've been thinking a lot about how the past affected me even now. I was so stiff in the past that I don't appreciate every moments I had, especially with my friends back then in college before I entered the university.
However recently, I've been missing my old classmates and all the things we used to do together. Luckily, my best friend at that time was someone who liked to take a lot of photos be it during a program we had together or during any random days without anything special actually was going on. And I had all those pictures on my laptop memory, which is I'm glad that I didn't delete them. I looked at the picture sometimes and all the memories I had with them rushing into my mind as if it was only last week it happened. Back then I didn't realize I'd have miss them this much. We were only together for a year in a class of about 19 people coming from various backgrounds and places.
I still remember when they made a surprise birthday party for me. I was showering and my best friend shouted from outside that we had extra class on that night. I didn't know about it, but I trusted her anyway, and I rushed to put my clothes on and I don't even care about my wet hair at that time. But my friend was a little relax beside me although she told me that the class has started. Because I was rushing, I walked in front of her and when I arrived I saw everyone was gathering and singing a birthday song for me. Even a few guys from the other class joined us at that night. It was the first program that we had together. And it's my birthday. I won't forget it for the rest of my life.
All these 19 people, they were unique in their own way, that even now, I remember each of them so clearly. I can't even pick whom I was closer to. We're all so close. I miss them so much even now. Because of this 19 people, I have now realized that you've to cherish every moments you had in your life. There's no such things as little moment, big moments, or special moment. Every second you're breathing, each one of it is so special that you have to cherish all of it. I learn not to take things for granted anymore. Just because what you're doing is a routine doesn't make it any less special than those things you do once in a blue moon. In fact, those things that you do everyday worth more than those things you rarely do.
That bus you took every morning to your classes, when you're working later and had your own car, you're going to miss it. You're going to miss the morning rushing to avoid being left by the bus. You're going to miss that annoying feeling you felt every time you've to stand in the bus because there's too many people inside it and there's not enough sit. You're going to miss that worried feeling when the bus hasn't arrived and your class  is going to start in five minutes.
This is exactly what I'm feeling now. I miss that little less populated town where I used to study with my friends. I miss everything about it. I miss the people and I miss the places as well. And I know, very much later in life when I've started working I'm going to miss this university life too. So I want to cherish every moment I have now, I want to keep this memory carefully so that I won't lose it. Thanks to my college friends, now I know how to appreciate the people around me more. Even when I know everything I have right now is temporary and everything will be leaving me soon to make room for new things, I know that the memory I keep is forever. I miss them.

Miss them so much..<3

My Period of Metamorphosis

Hey, there. Haven't write in here for quite a long time. Not that I didn't know what to write, there were a lot of things going on and I want to write about it, I want to express it in some way. But I was hesitating, because not only things happened, but also because I started to realize when I look back down the road I've walked and past, I'm not the same person when I started my journey in this world. I don't know when is the turning point or when it started exactly, but I think it happened gradually, naturally and I'm only aware of it when I realize the me right now, the one who's typing this is just not the same person she used to be once. So I didn't want to write, because I am feeling confused with myself and I still am now, and trying to express yourself when you're in confusion, I don't feel good about it. But now perhaps I'm accepting that I've changed and I'm still changing I think I should write about it even if I can't completely express it here.

I do realize people change throughout their lives and everyone is experiencing it. I am not the only one. Is this a good thing for me or will it destroy me altogether? I don't know, I need help I guess. For a moment I think this is what should happen, sooner or later, this is the way I should be. But at one point I'll think, it's destroying me, it brings me farther from my target in this life, it turns me into a different person whom I thought I would never be. I am not going to point finger, that's ridiculous, because I know you don't just change because of one event or one person, it's more than that, it's the whole situation, it's continuous, overlay and like a puzzle they make up the big picture. Like a sequence in DNA, they make up the new protein.

Wanna know the old me? The old me like to watch anime and movies with a lot of blood, mass killing and cruelty in it. I watch the horror movie of the year and I love seeing the psychopath who cause it to happen. In school, I'll sit in front if the class, I'll choose the table in front where the teacher will be standing, I completed the lame, absurd homework nobody wants to do, and I'd always had my eyes focus on the teacher. As soon as I'm going home I'll complete my homework and only after that would I watch the television. I had lots of guys friends who don't think of me as a girl and only realized it after they went to other places and started to think they once had a girl friend in their group. Yeah, one of my guy friend had called me after we haven't met for about a year and talked to me how he found girls were always whining and complaining he that he didn't know how to deal with them And then the sentence comes out, "Hey, how come when I was with you last time, I don't feel this uneasy? You're a girl too, but I don't have this problem with you." And I too, didn't treat my guys and girls friends differently, which made me a blurred person. Who takes every guys words as a joke and ended up making few people to give up before they even say 'I like you' after their countless hints were shook off as a joke by me. And a lot more, I don't want to go on.

As for the new me, I'm a girl who likes to watch love stories which is so fiction and fantastical it couldn't be happening in real life. I like the cheesy words people say to each other which I hated it before. I choose to sit at the back in class although the front row is still empty and I'm not even writing down a single note from the lecturer. Sometime, I don't even know what class I was in. Forget about homework, even a few hours from test, I'm still surfing the internet. But now I have lots of  girls friend and I started to understand a lot more about girl. How they think about certain guys, how they react towards surprise, how they screamed to that tiny insect creeping into their closet, how they cried when things are not working out, how they concerned for people they know a little too much and how they got excited for every little thing.

That's what happening now and still happening, I found the new me in every action I do now, and I thought how I would react if I'm still the old me, that's how I know I've changed. I think it's a good thing that now I'm more girlish, more depending and more delicate, but at the same time I don't like my attitude towards my studies. I seriously need to be the old me, the nerd, whatever, I want to be that, I want to stay among the best.

I think I've write a lot, I want to stop here. There's no answer, but I know there's a way. To make this worthy. Till then, have a nice day to everyone reading this post.^0^

Za'ba Awards Night (MAZ) 2010/2011

Hey there.I know I haven't updated my blog for quite some time. Why?Busy?Yeah,I'm busy, being a student you'll always been busy. But that's not the reason why I didn't post anything here for the last few weeks.Apparently there's another reason for that, but I'm not gonna talk about it.It isn't that important.Whatever that reason is,here I am again typing away a new entry.

Anyway,on April 8,2011 my residential college had our annual college dinner so called the Za'ba Awards Night at the Grand Dorsett Hotel nearby. It's the night where everyone dressed so nicely be it a perfect dinner dresses or a rental dress from any boutiques complete with the perfect hairdo and glamorous make up.Oh well,I'm sure you guys know what kind of dinner I'm talking a
bout. And I'm not the exception either.I did dressed up for the night and put on a little make up like for the forth time in my life, maybe? No surprise there,I hardly ever wear any single cosmetic given on any day without reasons. The theme is masquerade so inevitably I had to get myself a mask to go with the theme. We had a Chinese sets for the menu and had a few performances from local celebrity, independence band and our own talented-wanna-be.

So much so that,I had quite a night, take a few photos with friends and all and around 30 minutes past 12 we were on our way back to college. That,if I remember the time right.
I guess that's it.Nothing much to say about it.:face34:

BIOTECHNOLOGY ANNUAL DINNER 2010/2011

Biotechnology Annual Dinner is an event held every year by the second year students of biotechnology course in my university.blogger-emoticon.blogspot.comEmmm,something's not right..Why am I being so factual?blogger-emoticon.blogspot.comHehe..forgive me for that.^_^ Actually what I wanted to say is that yesterday we had our dinner, which is my first biotechnology dinner with my course mates at Restoran Nelayan(Fishermen's Restaurant) at Titiwangsa. It's such a beautiful restaurant surrounded by a lake and have a lots of lights. The restaurant is popular for its steamboat and seafood.Well, you can definitely deduct that even by its name.

I had such a good time there with my all of my course mates, seniors and lecturers. From this event,I got to know a lot of people that I've never even seen them before. It's true that we are taking the same course, but most of our classes still differ and even when we are in the same class, there are too many people there that you couldn't possibly know everyone in the lecture hall.Because of this event too I've become closer to those who I've only known by faces and names before this. This dinner bring such a good
memory to all of us.
There was lucky draw given out,but I didn't win anything.CryingBut it's still okay, since the dinner is so much fun.And my friend won a hybrid headset. She's so lucky!Hehe...Anyway,the dress code for the dinner was traditional and so I decided to wear cheongsam,a Chinese traditional clothes for woman, while my friend,a mix of Chinese and Indian chose to wear kebaya,a traditional clothes for Malay woman. She looked so beautiful in the dress.

Next year will be my friends and my turn to organize the dinner as we'll become a second year student when the new semester started.I hope all of us can give our best to organize the dinner for both seniors and juniors. That's it for now.Take a look at the photos we took during our dinner. It's not much though.Till then,bye!blogger-emoticon.blogspot.com

A Chaotic Morning

:antok:Yawn...first thing I heard in the morning today was a few guys knocking vigorously at a room on my floor. And when I heard it at first I thought it was nothing but then I immediately realized it's a guy voice asking the girls in the room to open the door and I was like what the-:Opps:( How could guys be at a girls-only hostel block and knocking so vigorously demanding girls to open the door:s:I thought it could be a spot check and my eyes opened wide thinking that a group of guys will enter my room and started going through my messy locker.:damn:(
But then it turned out as one of the slots included in a program held in my college this week.Phew...blogger-emoticon.blogspot.com so they are not gonna check through my locker or anything, they just wanted to see the room..that's all...But in the end they didn't go to my room..which is quite a relief..considering my room is too messy right now.So today I woke up earlier than I should because of the noise they made while they were checking a few rooms on my floor. But that's about it.:)

Sweet Escape To My Hometown

blogger-emoticon.blogspot.comYeay!!Tonight I'm going back to my hometown to spend my weekends there.Although it's only for three days, but I can't help to feel so excited about it.CheerLeader Living on your own, struggling in your studies and handling your own expenses with a limited amount of money will really make you appreciate your family more. For me,home is a place where your family stays and you feel secured there knowing there are people who will support you But why do I put sweet escape at the post title?Haha,it's because actually I am still in the middle of completing my assignments and having a continuous tests almost every week.I've been planning to go back since last week, however because I'm so busy last week,I can't spare any time to go back to my home. It's 4 hours drive from my current hostel,so I can't go back just for a day,it'll be a complete waste of time. That's why I need to find some time to go back. And finally I decided to go back this weekend. That doesn't mean I'm not busy this weekend,I am,and that's what it's called a sweet escape.02 In fact I still have class on Friday which I've planned to skip and I have to prepare my English presentation for next week and let's not forget I have to practice a dance on Sunday for more than 5 hours,or so the leader has told me.
But I managed to give her some excuses so that I can go back tonight. So here I am,writing away in this blog feeling so excited about going back to my hometown. But I can imagine it'll be busier here when I got back from my home.blogger-emoticon.blogspot.com
Regardless of that,I am still going to enjoy my holidays at home.So excited...!!!So everyone have fun this weekends!Fiesta

College Sports Day

Arghh..my whole body is aching from these two days event...>.< Haha,I act as if I joined every single games in the sports day.Well, yes,it's my college sports day on the past 5th and 6th March. There were futsal and volleyball matches and a lot of interactive games such as explorace, giant draft snake and a lots more I'm not going into details here. They gave fun names to each games so it'll be kinda hard for me to translate into English and it may not sounds so interesting if I changed it into English.:)
Although I only joined it for one day,it's a fun experience for me.During the day,my friends and I stood beside the court on the sunny day to give our full supports to our players for futsal and volleyball. Our team had to be the most supportive team as we kept screaming and calling our players name to give them our supports. There were four teams altogether.I joined the explorace(exploration game,I'm sure you have heard it somewhere) during the night and had fun doing many games in the explorace. However we only managed to get the third place in the explorace...:"(
After all the matches were played, the marks were collected to determine which team get the highest marks and become the champion of our sports day.Although my team didn't become the champion,we are all still grateful to be the first runner up and the fact that we're only 6 marks away from the champion. It's such a small gap between us and the champion team.Oh well,a small difference is just as bad as a large difference anyway. We are still not the champion.
But I'm definitely happy to have joined the event.Although some may think it's a waste of time, for me it's a good way to spend some time with your friends.seniors and acquaintances. As a students we are all so busy with our studies that we sometime don't even know who's living in the next room to us or who is our neighbors around us.This is good chance for us to know them better while playing some games with them or just by standing outside the court chanting for our favorite team.Besides,by joining such activities, you can definitely take out a little portion of your stresses from studying hard the whole week.I think as a student,we shouldn't only focus on studying but also try to socialize with different people and join certain activities to gain some outside experiences. However,it's good not to overdo it or you might end up having so many things to do that you have to cut time for studying.I've seen some of my friends who do so many outside activities that isn't related to their studies. Some of them even skip classes for the sake of other things. You need to have a balance. So,work hard to get that A grade on your exam papers but take some time to put a genuine smile on your face too as a sign you're having fun in your life.Wishing everybody to have a good week ahead.Rocking Banana
